Infant Death Grief Counseling
The Genesee County Health Department offers grief counseling and support to
families and individuals who have experienced an infant death due to
non-violent causes. The counseling is provided by a Health Department staff
with up to 6 home visits in a one-year period.

Tomorrow's Child is another resource for
grieving families; this website offers
information about support groups and other
grief resources such as newsletters and
memorials. Tomorrow’s Child also offers
resources and support to professionals who
assist others in resolving grief.
Currently Genesys Regional Medical Center is
offering
WINGS (When I Need Grief
Support), a pregnancy and infant loss
support group for parents. The groups meets
the 4th Thursday of each month from 7:00
p.m. - 9:00 p.m. For more information, call
