Will I be able to tell if my baby is getting enough? Yes

Will breastfeeding make my breasts sag? No – pregnancy hormones (and genetics) lead to changes in your breasts.

Can my baby’s father (or others) help? Yes

Will I have to change my diet? No – not if you are eating a diet with a variety of healthy foods.
