- Night Clubs
- School Cafeterias
- Worksite Cafeterias
- Coffee Shops
- Donut/Bagel Shops
- Ice Cream Shops
- Concessions
- Rental Halls
- Catering Kitchens
- Private organizations serving the public
Establishments can be fixed or mobile and long-term or temporary.
