RE:  Striker’s restaurant recognized for smoke-free environment 

Striker’s restaurant, located at 103 W. Vienna Road in Clio, recently opened as a smoke-free restaurant.  Providing a smoke-free environment demonstrates Striker’s cares about the health and well-being of their customers and employees.   

Striker’s will be presented with a Smoke-free Dining Award by the Genesee County Health Department, the Smoke-free, Multi-Agency Resource Team (SMART) and the Clio Healthy Community Initiative.  Their award will be presented on Wednesday, July 1, 2009, at 2:00p.m.  This award recognizes Striker’s for providing Genesee County residents with a healthy environment as a smoke-free restaurant.
