RE:                              Clio Fire Evacuation Parameters

            The Environmental Protection Agency (EPA) and the Genesee County Health Department continue to monitor the air quality in the vicinity of the White Oil Company on Saginaw Street in Clio, MI.

            At this time, the EPA has determined there are no known health risks associated with the incident.  The Incident Commander has reduced the evacuation site to the following parameters:  Vienna (N), Dodge Rd. (S), Clio Rd. (W) and Lewis to the East.

            It is still advised that residents living in the evacuation area keep their windows closed.  Residents with prior respiratory problems may also want to shut off their air conditioning.
