The Genesee County Health Department presents
Dr. Mohamed El-Sayed to speak as the third in a series of speakers
addressing “Green” or environmentally friendly issues.
Dr. El-Sayed received his PhD from Wayne State University in Mechanical
Engineering and has expertise in design optimization, machine design, and
vehicle integration. He is a professor in the Mechanical Engineering
Department and Director of the Hybrid Electric Vehicle Integration
Laboratory at Kettering University.
The Green Speaker Series is part of the
Genesee County Health Department’s efforts to create environments for
healthy living. Creating environments for healthy living is one of six
public health system strategies in the Health Department’s 2008-2012
Strategic Plans.
