RE: “Conversations
on Health” Focus Groups
The Genesee County Health
Department invites residents of Genesee County to participate in
“Conversations on Health”, a series of focus groups with County residents
designed to gather their thoughts about how health and quality of life in
the County can be improved in the coming years. These focus groups will be
held at various locations throughout Genesee County to assure input from a
wide cross-section of the community. Findings will be used to guide the
development of a 5-year community health strategic plan for Genesee
County.
The initial “Conversations on
Health” schedule is outlined below. More groups will be scheduled to occur
through December and January. Visit our website at
http://www.gchd.us for new additions to the schedule. Please call Lauren
Shirey, Community Health Analyst, at (810) 768-7970 to reserve a seat at a
focus group of your choice.
