The Genesee County Health Department invites residents of Genesee County to attend public forums about its proposed 2003-2007 Strategic Plan.  At three upcoming events, representatives from the Health Department will discuss the recent community health assessment process and planned five-year strategies and outcomes.  Reaction and comment from Genesee County residents is requested regarding  the planning process, conclusions, as well as “next steps”. These public forums will be held at various locations throughout Genesee County to encourage broad input from the community.  Comments will be used to finalize and guide the activities of the Health Department’s next 5-year strategic plan. 

The Genesee County Health Department strategic plan public forums will be held at the following times and locations.

 April 17:        Flint Public Library-Main Branch, at 7 p.m.

                        1026 E. Kearsley,  Flint 

 April 23:       Thetford Township Hall, at 7 p.m.

                        4014 East Vienna Road, Clio 

 April 24:      Linden High School, at 6 p.m.

                       201 West Silver Lake Road, Linden
