Maternal and Child Health Service Providers:

Programs to Reduce Infant Deaths Effectively (PRIDE) is pleased to announce a: Community-Wide Maternal/Child Health Networking Forum.

Service providers are invited to attend the forum to share information about their programs, connect with other Maternal/Child Health Care providers AND learn about other services in Genesee County.

Who Should Attend?

Physicians, nurses, social workers, nutritionists, health educators, health advocates and others who work with pregnant women and families.

Forum Agenda:

  • Networking

  • Resources: Navigating the Health and Social Service System

  • Understanding the Definitions of Homelessness

  • Networking Workgroups
    o Communicating Effectively with Physicians: Tools for Your Clients
    o Effectively Engaging Your Clients: Moving Past Resistance
